Ms. Wassef is the Vice President of Compliance and Assistant General Counsel at Preston Capital. She joined the Firm in July 2023 and is responsible for legal matters and compliance. Prior to joining Preston Capital, Ms. Wassef was the Deputy General Counsel at Maple Life/Longevity Holdings. Throughout her career, Ms. Wassef has focused on corporate compliance, regulatory and transactional matters with over 15 years of experience specifically in the life settlement and mortality-based business industry. Ms. Wassef graduated from the University of North Florida with a BA in Political Science, and she received her JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Ms. Wassef is licensed to practice law in Maryland and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
